Our goal is to serve what we call 'Honest Food' - with substance and style - which has been sourced locally and cooked by our team in the kitchen. We have a great, regularly changing 'Specials Board' with exciting meat, game, poultry and fish and shellfish creations.

Slow cooked pork belly with potato gratin, Summer vegetable
panache and cider sauce

Roast breast of Guinea Fowl with sweet potato and
mushroom hash, sauted spinach and Madeira sauce.

Braised beef brisket with herb crust, Balsamic mushroom,
potato rosti, ratatouille and red wine sauce.

Slow cooked duck leg with white beans, chorizo, mushrooms
and potatoes in a tomato and red wine sauce.

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables.
