Our goal is to serve what we call 'Honest Food' - with substance and style - which has been sourced locally and cooked by our team in the kitchen. We have a great, regularly changing 'Specials Board' with exciting meat, game, poultry and fish and shellfish creations.

Starters might include home-made pork rillettes, deep fried whitebait, home-cured gravadlax

Mains might include roast rib of local beef, roast chicken, slow roast pork belly, lamb shank, baked salmon fillet plus 2 vegetarian options and kids menu.

Desserts might include very berry brulee, treacle pudding, chocolate torte and Crepe Suzette

Griddled Devon rib-eye Steak 13.95
Selected beef from local herds served with cherry tomatoes,
and chips (or new potatoes)

Prime Devon Fillet Steak 17.50
Prime fillet from local Devon grass-fed cattle, hung for two weeks,

In a plum and orange sauce with mashed potato, and wok-fried
green beans

Roasted breast of Creedy Carver free-range chicken 13.75
